Todd Pearsall, Owner
Known for his exceptional design sense and original lighting ideas, Todd is a respected leader in lighting design in the Twin Cities. After an extensive, twenty-year career working with residential and commercial projects throughout the Midwest, Todd opened the doors of Filament Lighting & Home in 1998. Todd and the staff at Filament quickly became known for pushing the trends of contemporary lighting fixtures and bringing a new level of artistry to multi-dimensional lit spaces. Todd begins each project getting to know his clients’ tastes, their preferences and the flow of their daily lives. This collaborative process results in thoughtful, one-of-a-kind lighting design that brings both harmony and energy to his clients’ living spaces.
In 2012, Todd made a joyful addition to his life when he adopted his daughter Ruby. You may catch her shyly peeking around the corner at Filament or perched in dad’s arms at events around town.
Dan Juedes, Lighting Design Consultant
With a B.A. in interior architecture and lighting specialist certification from the American Lighting Association, Dan brings a strong architectural intelligence to his lighting design work. His design experience prior to joining the team at Filament included several years creating hospitality, retail and corporate environments. This allows Dan to be of special service to Filament’s commercial lighting clients. As a former student of art history, Dan is an avid follower of artistic trends that range from the runways to the halls of local museums. His lighting design work reflects a contemporary style and wide global influences.
Dabren, Lighting Design Consultant
Dabren joined the Filament team shortly after graduating from Century College with an Associates degree in Interior Design. Throughout design school, Dabren was always fascinated with lighting. For her, lighting completes a space. She was able to experience this first-hand in her work as an interior design assistant for both residential and commercial projects. Dabren is looking forward to putting her design background to work at Filament and helping customers step outside of their comfort zone. When she's not in the showroom, you might find Dabren walking around the lakes or exploring a museum.
Deb Earl, Business Development
Deb brings a wealth of Sales & Marketing experience in the Residential Building Industry as Business Development for Filament Lighting & Home. In fact, Todd and Deb worked together before Todd opened Filament.
Deb has an extensive resume in the Residential Building Industry from owning her own Closet Business to Outside Sales in Lighting and Membership Director of BATC. She was also President of NARI, SPIKE of the Year & held various positions on BATC & NARI Committees.
Deb enjoys spending time with family and friends here and afar including her Son & Daughter-in-Law in Virginia.
